Meet the Board Members of Algorithmia
We are delighted to present the executive committee of Algorithmia, a skilled and dedicated team that steers and supports our organization's vision and activities. Our board members were elected during our latest general assembly, and their diverse backgrounds and expertise contribute to a vibrant and innovative community.
The Board, as the executive body of the Association, plays a crucial role in managing the affairs of the Association and representing it with third parties according to the Statutes (art. 69 CC). Some of their key responsibilities include ensuring the application of the Statutes and other internal regulations, managing day-to-day affairs, administering resources, managing accounts, convening and organizing the General Assembly, and processing member admissions and expulsions. Romain Claret - President. Romain brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to his role as President of Algorithmia. His leadership ensures that the organization continues to grow and thrive while staying true to its core mission and values.
Palma Mendes Michael - General Secretary. As General Secretary, Michael plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Algorithmia. His attention to detail and dedication to transparency help to maintain a well-organized and efficient organization.
Noth Lorenz - Treasurer. Lorenz serves as Algorithmia's Treasurer, managing the organization's finances and ensuring that funds are used responsibly to support our mission. His accounting expertise helps to maintain a strong foundation for Algorithmia's continued success.

Nous sommes ravis de vous présenter le comité exécutif d'Algorithmia, une équipe compétente et dévouée qui oriente et soutient la vision et les activités de notre organisation. Nos membres du comité ont été élus lors de notre dernière assemblée générale, et leurs diverses expériences et compétences contribuent à une communauté dynamique et innovante.
Le comité, en tant qu'organe exécutif de l'Association, joue un rôle crucial dans la gestion des affaires de l'Association et sa représentation auprès des tiers conformément aux Statuts (art. 69 CC). Parmi leurs principales responsabilités figurent l'assurance de l'application des Statuts et des autres réglementations internes, la gestion des affaires courantes, l'administration des ressources, la gestion des comptes, la convocation et l'organisation de l'Assemblée Générale, et le traitement des admissions et des exclusions des membres.
